At Vasumu Services, we strive to deliver high-quality IT and digital solutions to our clients. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations may be processed.

By engaging our services or making any payment to Vasumu Services, you agree to this policy.


1. Nature of Services

Vasumu Services primarily provides customized IT and technology services, including but not limited to:

  • IT Support and Consulting

  • Website Design and Development

  • Enterprise Integration (EAI, B2B, API Management)

  • Network Setup and Maintenance

  • Software Solutions

Due to the customized and resource-intensive nature of these services, refund eligibility is limited as described below.


2. Cancellation Policy

???? Before Work Commencement

Clients may request cancellation before project work begins.

  • If payment has been made and work has not started, a refund may be issued after deducting applicable administrative charges (if any).

  • Any third-party costs already incurred will be deducted.


???? After Work Has Started

Once project work has commenced:

  • Payments made are generally non-refundable.

  • This is because resources, planning, and technical efforts are immediately allocated to the project.

  • Partial refunds, if any, will be solely at the discretion of Vasumu Services.


???? Ongoing / AMC / Support Services

For Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) or ongoing support:

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

  • Refunds, if approved, will be provided on a pro-rata basis for the unused service period.

  • Any completed service period is non-refundable.


3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after project initiation

  • Delay caused by client-side dependencies

  • Lack of required inputs/content from client

  • Project scope changes requested by client

  • Services already delivered or substantially completed

  • Domain, hosting, third-party licenses, or government fees


4. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed within 7–14 business days

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method where possible

  • Bank/payment gateway charges may be deducted


5. Dispute Resolution

We encourage clients to contact us first to resolve any concerns. Vasumu Services is committed to fair and transparent communication to reach mutually agreeable solutions.


6. Policy Updates

Vasumu Services reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with the revised date.
